Not a house, it's a monument.. can clearly see the level of passion and craziness the owner/architect has for this building.. Personally, I didn't like the facade and it's practicality from the inside, as much as I loved it from the outside. The exterior just attracts the entire surroundings towards itself. Undoubtedly, the most unique kind of structures I have witnessed.

I am most certain that other creative architects have thought of similar designs ideas. However, to execute such unconventional ideas and design into reality is not something we see often, especially in India. Such ideas remain as ideas and concepts. However, here we have an opportunity to witness someone who made it a reality. Such talented and courageous India architect. Imagine spending time talking to him and listening to him about his designs and ideas. Phew!

2:03 The amount of AC units installed on this house speaks volume about thermal discomfort this house has due to its design. I would like to see a house which can naturally or lets say without AC achieve 28 to 30 degree room air temperature inside house during peak summers. Though I may personally not like the house but no hate here. It just that I feel bad, resourceful people should also invest in finding new or old technologies of keeping the house cool. We may find many videos of same but rarely someone presents temperature data inside and outside the house. Please if in future you get time and interest do build houses which don't cost much, last a decent time like cement houses or may be more, keeps thermal comfort naturally or may be with some non AC mechanical intervention. To start with search about earth air tunnels, solar chimney, thick walls etc.

I'm not sure if glass is really environmentally friendly like you said. The cities are full of huge buildings with glass facades and plenty of birds have died because they hit themselves on the facades while flying. The glass reflects the sky and deceive them. Considering the location of the building, there will be plenty of birds. Also if the glass is absolutely clear and not reflecting anything then the birds will not realise that there is a barrier and think that they can fly through only to hit themselves on the the glass.

I have not yet found a research paper which says that a broken tempered glass can be recycled the way the regular glass can be done. I have even contacted the glass manufacturers they also show me their backyard full of broken tempered glass which they don't know what to do. It just can't be melted to make new glass the way you do it regular glass. I used glass at my home a lot and once two of them broke. Now I have a couple of bags of broken glass sitting on roof with no takers to it. Also the non broken one is hard to salvage as they are always custom size and can't be cut to resize it. All looks great but a major work of cleaning all this glass by calling professional glass cleaners from the city. The world is moving towards sustainability and if something can't be recycled should not be produced and I don't want a recycling label on it with no one really doing it. If the manufacturer can't link to a recycler to make it available for the consumer then let's stop it then and there.
